Cultivated at altitudes exceeding fifteen hundred meters, our Gayo beans mature slowly beneath forest canopies. This unique volcanic microclimate imparts a balanced acidity and a remarkably smooth body.

Local Gayo farmers track the free-roaming civets, harvesting only the naturally selected cherries from the damp forest floor. Every bean represents an uncompromised ecological partnership.
